All Lucid Vision Studios products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering the wrong product.

Please check product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@lucidvisionstudios.com as soon as possible after delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue so we can assess it and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
