This website is operated by Lucid Vision Studios. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lucid Vision Studios.

By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional policies referenced on this website.

We make every effort to display our products, artwork, colours and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, garment, printing process and other production factors.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, designs, prices or services at any time.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information when placing an order. You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery address and order details are correct before completing your purchase.

All artwork, designs, branding, logos, images and other original content displayed by Lucid Vision Studios remain the intellectual property of their respective owner and may not be reproduced, copied, distributed or used commercially without permission.

Our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy form part of these terms.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Each Lucid Vision Studios garment is individually produced. Minor variations in print placement, positioning, scale and colour may occur between products. Colours may also appear slightly different from those shown on screen due to display settings, garment material and the printing process. These small variations are a normal part of the production process and do not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
